Extractive
GMS800 - COLDDRY
The GMS800 is a product familiy of extractive analyzers which can measure more than 60 different gas compounds. The GMS800 is characterized by its modular design: 6 analyzing modules, one gas module, I/O modules and an operating unit. Standardized 19” racks can be used for economic system integration. Wall mounting enclosures with an ATEX approval for hazardous areas can be used in rough industrial environments. Equipped with modern software, the GMS800 comes with the required interfaces for remote control via networks through to the connection to a process control system.
Extractive
SIDOR - COLDDRY
The SIDOR is a gas analyzer for measurement of up to 2 infrared components. Additionally oxygen can be measured by integration of an electrochemical or paramagnetic measuring cell. A significant characteristic is a half-yearly maintenance interval with test gases. The stability of the measuring cells allows an adjustment with only inert gas or ambient air within this half-year period. Sample gas pressure compensation is included as a standard. The SIDOR was type approved for large combustion plants and crematories.
Extractive
POWERCEMS100 - COLDDRY
The PowerCEMS100 continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS) is an economically and technically perfect solution for extractive measurement tasks. This all-in-one system comprises high-quality standard assemblies and components and can be adapted to the application-specific requirements thanks to its modular system design. Retrofitting analyzer modules or gas conditioners is easy and inexpensive. The innovative PowerCEMS100 system is certified according to European standards EN 15267-1/-3 and EN 14181, and offers future-proof solutions for emission measurement and process applications.
Extractive
POWERCEMS50 - COLDDRY
The PowerCEMS50 continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS) was specially developed for measuring the emissions from fossil fuel power plants. The extractive basic system, which features an analyzer and a gas conditioner, is designed for measuring the typical gas components CO, NOx , SO2, and O2. The PowerCEMS50 analyzer system is characterized by its compact design and attractive price/performance ratio, with no compromise in performance in industrial use.
Extractive
MCS100FT - HOTWET
The FTIR measuring principle allows the simultaneous determination of more than 12 measuring components – tailormade for the particular requirements of the customer. The MCS100FT FTIR analyzer system with its heated measuring cell enables the monitoring of hydrogen fluoride limits as requested by legislation. The MCS100FT is equipped with an oxygen sensor as standard and can be supplemented with a total hydrocarbon analyzer. With its reliable measuring technology, its easy operation and low maintenance requirements, the MCS100FT provides a solution that offers unequalled opportunities.
Extractive
MCS200HW - HOTWET
The MCS200HW is a multi-component analyzer system for continuous monitoring of up to 10 IR measurement components in flue gases of industrial combustion plants. The MCS200HW is hot/wet extractive: All parts which touch media, from the gas sampling probe to the cell, are heated above the dew point and therefore protected from corrosion. An integrated oxygen sensor also measures oxygen. As an option, a TOC measurement can be supplemented via an integrated GMS811 FIDORi. Internal reference point monitoring allows for a quick check of the measured values with test gases. The web display and the task assistant integrated in the software makes operation very easy.

Mercury
MERCEM300Z
The MERCEM300Z mercury measuring system monitors Hg emissions in flue gases with high reliability within the smallest measuring ranges. Due to its rugged housing, MERCEM300Z is suitable for use in harsh industrial environments. The complete extractive system is designed to meet national and international regulations and directives.
PROCESS ANALYSER
TRANSIC100LP
Measuring the oxygen in the process can be quite simple. The TRANSIC100LP from SICK is the rugged transmitter that uses Tunable Diode Laser Spectroscopy (TDLS) to measure O2 reliably. A technology more common in the world of high-tech analysis, is now being used in a field instrument: at an attractive price, easy installation, a long life, low maintenance and suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
MCS300P
The MCS300P HW is a hot/extractive analyzer system for measurement of gases. It measures IR- or VIS-active components with variable measuring ranges for monitoring and controlling of combustion and flue gas conditioning. The heated system components prevent a temperature drop below the water and acid dewpoint. This results in lower maintenance and higher reliablity and long-time stablity of the system, also under rugged and demanding conditions. Automatic adjustment functions, easy operation concept and modern communication protocols results in a quick and easy integration into a local control system network.
ZIRKOR302
The ZIRKOR302 in-situ gas analyzer from SICK can be relied upon to measure oxygen quickly even at increased temperatures. Thanks to the flow sensor measurement principle, it does not require expensive test gases – ambient air is sufficient. The analyzer is not an ignition source in the measurement gas due to its safety-related construction. The optional evaluation unit allows you to operate up to three analyzers.
